Back 4 Blood: all the different characters explained
Back 4 Blood is an upcoming zombie-centric shooter, filled with a diverse array of characters thrown together in an undead apocalypse. While the game’s obvious Left 4 Dead inspirations don’t hide, there are some major differences between the heroes of Back 4 Blood and the iconic Valve franchise. Here are the stories, stats, and key details for each playable character in Back 4 Blood.
Meet the cleaners
In Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Valve did an incredible job delivering a collection of unique characters with distinct personalities and varying motivations. Back 4 Blood takes this established formula to the next level by introducing eight original playable characters with their own individual and team buff pools. These character-specific perks and stats can completely change the dynamics of your team. This time around, you’ll likely pick your heroes, or cleaners, based on more than those with the funniest lines of dialogue.
